Fireside caters halal events across the St. John’s metro region. When you tell us an event needs to be halal, we plan the whole menu with you — sourcing, preparation and service — and confirm it in writing with your quote.
Chicken, beef and lamb mains, rice and vegetable sides, salads, fruit and sweets: a full buffet or plated dinner with nothing on the table you would need to ask about.

Is your meat halal-certified?
For halal events we source halal meat for that event and confirm the supplier with you before the date. Ask us and we will tell you exactly what we are using.
